The heat has been on the ruling coalition to lay bare the details of the agreement entered into with the Ugandan government. On 8th August, 2015 president Uhuru Kenyatta embarked on a 3-day tour of Uganda following invitation by the president of Uganda Yoweri Museveni.
The main agenda of the tour was bilateral discussions between the two countries. Since the inauguration of the Jubilee government in 2013, the president has show great vigor in strengthening economic ties with African countries that the traditional trade partners.
