BOC Kenya Ltd has announced resignation of its managing director Mrs. Maria Msiska effective 31st January, 2016. BOC Kenya is a member of Linde Group. Msiska worked with the Linde group for 22 years. She was appointed into the position in November 2010.
according to a letter addressed to the Nairobi Securities Exchange executive dated 28th January, 2016, Mrs. Msiska left the company to pursue own interests.
The board is set to appoint a substantive replacement in due course. Meanwhile, the Finance Director Arthur Kamau has been appointed into the post on acting capacity.
There has been a lot of shouting surrounding the undertakings of a delegation to Uganda led by president Uhuru Kenyatta in which it's alleged that he entered into a business deal for importation of Sugar into the country.
